南丫發電廠服務香港逾40載，目前正經歷重大的綠色轉型。在這次難得的實地考察中，同學將能親身探索發電廠的核心運作，了解香港如何透過海底管道引入海外天然氣以逐步取代燃煤。我們還會近距離認識發電廠的尖端環保科技——包括能大幅減少九成排放的「選擇性催化還原脫硝系統」，以及風力和太陽能發電系統！

Ever wondered how Hong Kong keeps its lights on while steering toward a greener, zero-carbon future?

Having served our city for over 40 years, the station is undergoing a massive green transformation. On this unique field trip, students will go behind the scenes to explore how clean natural gas—transported via massive subsea pipelines from overseas—is replacing coal. You will also get a close-up look at cutting-edge eco-technologies like the Selective Catalytic Reduction system (which slashes emissions by 90%) alongside wind and solar power systems.

Fees 費用: HK$100 (The fee will be reimbursed upon confirmation of student attendance at the event. 如參加者準時出席活動，費用將會全數退回。)

REMINDER 溫馨提示

Please note that it will be an approximately 20 to 25-minute ferry ride. Be prepared for the journey! 船程約需時 20 至 25 分鐘。如有需要，家長可自行為子女準備暈浪藥。

Please bring along your ELA passport, your own snacks, water bottle, and mosquito repellent. 請帶備ELA 通行證。因活動時間長, 子女可帶自備少許零食、足夠飲用水及驅蚊用品。

Important Notes:
1. Registrations for outings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the activity is oversubscribed, that is the number of registrations exceeds the available quota, participants will be selected through drawing lots. All registrants will be notified of their selection status following the draw.
2. Unsuccessful registrants will be placed on a waitlist in sequential order. Once there are vacancies, they will be filled by waitlisted participants accordingly.
3. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email two weeks prior to the activity date. Upon receiving the confirmation, participants should settle the payment within 72 hours to secure the place. ASHK reserves the right to release the quota if participants fail to pay in time.

1. 活動名額以先到先得方式分配，如報名人數超出限額，將以抽籤方式決定參加者，所有已登記人士將於抽籤結果公布後獲個別通知。
2. 抽籤落選者將按順序列入輪候名單，如有名額釋出將依序遞補。
3. 成功報名者將於活動日兩週前收到確認電郵。 收到電郵後需於 72 小時內完成繳費以確認名額。若未按時繳費，本中心有權釋出該名額。
