行程將由「大澳文物酒店」展開，我們將乘坐觀光船前往酒店，沿途飽覽大澳的美景。我們將帶您深入了解這座由舊警署活化而成的現代化酒店，解開其設計理念與背後的演變故事。隨後我們將到傳統漁村，親手體驗「曬咸蛋製作」。從挑選鴨蛋到掌握製作技巧，每位參加者更可將這份充滿歷史感的親手成品帶回家品嚐。

Spend a half-day uncovering the rich heritage and past of Tai O.

This in-depth tour takes you on a journey to explore Tai O’s historical conservation stories while experiencing the warmth of traditional local craftsmanship.

Our journey to the Tai O Heritage Hotel begins with a scenic boat ride, giving students the perfect chance to enjoy Tai O's beautiful coast and see the building from a unique vantage point on the water. During the tour, you will delve into the history of this revitalized hotel—originally a historic police station—and uncover its design philosophy along with the fascinating stories of its transformation. Afterward, we will reconnect with traditional fishing village heritage through a hands-on "traditional salted egg " workshop. From selecting the fresh duck eggs to mastering time-honored techniques, every participant will get to take home their own handmade, historically rooted creation to savor.

Fees 費用: HK$100 (The fee will be reimbursed upon confirmation of student attendance at the event. 如參加者準時出席活動，費用將會全數退回。)

Please bring along your ELA passport. 請帶備ELA 通行證。

Important Notes:
1. Registrations for outings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the quota is reached.
2. If the activity is oversubscribed, that is the number of registrations exceeds the available quota, participants will be selected through drawing lots. All registrants will be notified of their selection status following the draw.
3. Unsuccessful registrants will be placed on a waitlist in sequential order. Once there are vacancies, they will be filled by waitlisted participants accordingly.
4. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email two weeks prior to the activity date. Upon receiving the confirmation, participants should settle the payment within 72 hours to secure the place. ASHK reserves the right to release the quota if participants fail to pay in time.

2. 如報名人數超出限額，將以抽籤方式決定參加者，所有已登記人士將於抽籤結果公布後獲個別通知。
3. 抽籤落選者將按順序列入輪候名單，如有名額釋出將依序遞補。
4. 成功報名者將於活動日兩週前收到確認電郵。 收到電郵後需於 72 小時內完成繳費以確認名額。若未按時繳費，本中心有權釋出該名額。
